Woven through every Communion of The Primordial Breath is a practice so simple it can be carried anywhere, in a single breath:
Receive my presence.
Present your presence.
Good.
We are communing now.
Why it is so simple
There is nothing to master here and nothing to earn. The practice does not ask you to become someone new. It asks you to notice the presence that has been with you all along, and to offer your own presence in return.
How to walk with it
Receive my presence. As you breathe in, let yourself be met. You are not alone in this moment.
Present your presence. As you breathe out, arrive. Let your attention come home from tomorrow's worries and yesterday's replays.
Good. No grading, no striving. Simply good.
We are communing now. Rest here for as long as you like. There is no hurry.
Moments to return to it
Before you open your eyes in the morning. At a red light. While the kettle warms. Before a conversation that matters. At the end of a long day, when you have given much to others and have a little left for yourself.
Each return is a small homecoming, Beloved.
